As a Creative Director and Digital Marketing Specialist, I play an integral role in the marketing team, working closely with executives and marketing professionals to conceptualize and execute creative strategies that drive brand engagement and business growth. Create and deliver, graphics and multimedia design projects from concept through completion. Work closely with clients to create vision, conceive designs, and consistently meet deadlines and requirements. Estimate the time required to complete the designs and send quotes accordingly. Effectively build, motivate, and direct design and production teams. Coordinate freelance designers, consultants and vendors to meet all project requirements.
Lead in the design, development and implementation of the graphic, layout, and production communication materials. Supervise the assessment of all graphic materials for print and web in order to ensure the quality and accuracy in the design. Managed multiple projects or tasks at a given time while under pressure to meet weekly deadlines.
